1994 Micael acquires the company Godarb AB

2003 the group Godarb AB is founded, and assumes the shares in Ferrita AB and Becur AB

 

2003 Ferrita Norway A/S is established, with Ferrita Sweden as partner

 

2004 Godarb AB acquires the Finnish company Metpela OY with 53 employees

 

2008 Metpela OY is sold

 

2010 Becur AB in Bureå, Sweden, is sold
